I decided to rent a car from this place based on the reviews online. I called in to speak with an agent over the phone to inquire about their rates for drivers under the age of 25. He was extremely rude and just wanted to cut the call. Did not feel like renting a car from this place.
I have rented from Rent A Wreck at least six times and each experience has been a customers dream! Each member of the team goes beyond any normal expectations to make sure my needs are met. Just today, Sherry asked me, "Which care would you like for your upcoming reservation?" Who does that these days? Customer care is a lost art but I've found it at Rent A Wreck in Parsippany.
I need a car sporadically - about once a month. I've been using Rent-A-Wreck for several years now. Even though I always thought highly of the focus on customer service there, it now appears to be heightening with their current team. So very pleased with everything - and equal to the customer service is the affordability of the rentals!. My advice? Go There!
Reasonable car at a low rate with a staff that was professional and courteous. Have used them several times with the same experience each time.
Customer service was fine but the car itself was in no condition to be rented out. The car needs work done to it. Wheel shakes and it rides like it needs shocks. The car smelled like a mechanic. Plus they only give you 50 miles per day.
