Rented from this location for one day use. Very easy, made reservation on-line and paid upon pick-up. No issue picking vehicle up at 10:30am. Charged the quoted price. Good experience.
Bad customer service with way too many restrictions. No pick-ups after noon. Going against the terms of priceline (they don't hold your bookings if you don't give your credit card in advance). No flexibility. I never seen so many restrictions elsewhere! Don't fall for cheap prices, comes with loads of restrictions.Will not recommend this!
Except everything was good the service, cars mileage.
After returning the vehicle after the rental, they charged me 26 saying the coupon is valid if its 175 wothout taxes.
Prepaid reservation for a week for 200, there was an coupon of 25 off on 175 if prepaid and took it for 175 for a week.
I had a fraudulent charge placed on my card and I never conducted any business with them, I reside in CA.
Better pricing than some other local offices and friendly professional service.
