Beware of this location. Not only is their customer service poor, they will sneak charges after your rental is dropped off. Kevin , the assistant manager is of no help and is not a professional who also lacks customer service skills. There are many other places to rent a car. Put this one on the forget about it list.
I would have given 5 starts had I not needed to change the car and the rental price would have been lower but the 4 stars go to the professionalism of these guys and to the overall experience.
There was a weird noise one day and i requested a change of the car which was dealt with professionally and it is always nice to be treated as a person rather than just another customer.
I had the pleasure of renting a Ford Focus with AVIS (Parsippany) for 2 months. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Kevin and Michele as they were not only welcoming but also helped as soon as they could.
Liked the people, great newer cars. Made it easy to do business with them.

For the previous few years I rented car from this location. It gives me the least expensive quote all the time in this area. The staff always keep the conversation brief, paper work simple and car cleaned. What more can I ask?
Service is good with decent collection of cars available on rental. It also has an open space where you can take the newly rented vehicle for a spin before embarking on the main road.
