My son picked up an Enterprise rental in the Bronx and was driving on Route 80 when the tire pressure light came on.. he stopped to inflate the tires but it didn't resolve the problem. Knowing your Parsippany location was on his way and right off the highway I called and spoke with Carissa who very courteously arranged to take care of him when he arrived. It all worked out and we are very grateful!

Everything was very good with employees. Don't rent a car often, but seemed a little expensive. My usual place had no automatics available. I just needed a car to get to work for about a week, did not care what it looked like.
Got a brand new Suburban and it was so smooth. Asked for some changes to the contract from Enterprise and the agent worked in out for me. Thanks a ton!
