We left with a bad taste in our mouths, and went to another dealership which, without prompting, we got offered the lower rate financing.

This was the best experience I've ever had at car dealership. My sales rep Carlos Green made me feel like family. This is my first Subaru and Carlos found me an Impreza that fit my budget. And this was also the first time I got a full walk through that made me understand all the features about my car. Thank you, I'll be back to Paul Miller for my next one.

Another great experience at Paul Miller Subaru. Service employees were very kind and helpful. The dealership is a bit far for me but it's worth going the extra miles for the great service provided.

Now the Financing Department. 1 star only. Let me explain why. We did not qualify for 0% financing. Happens. But Financing manager told us that we qualify for.... 7.5% financing. On a brand new car. From top of my head I was able to find a deal, thru another bank, for less than half of that. Manager was doubtful...but had to admit I was right.

They sold my mom a new Subaru and convinced her to buy the extra protection that covers the paint according to them "if anything happens we will cover" I think it was an extra $699. Now within a year of owning the car the paint started to wear away in spots all over the car. Doing a quick google search subarus are notorious for having paint issues. When we went back to the Paul Miller Subaru with the paint issue that pretty much told us to go to hell. That it was her fault for parking under a tree or something. We Will never do business with them again and I encourage you not to. They DO NOT stand by their vehicles. It's to bad because Subaru used to have a decent reputation. Again just to be clear if the car was 10 or 15 years old I can see having paint issues but this was less than an year old, it's still a new car! Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership.

I have been to a lot of dealerships but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. When I walked in, I was greeted by salesman Carlos Green. His knowledge of Subaru product line made it easy to choose a car. I told him what I was looking for and what price and he delivered. He helped me find the perfect Subaru that it was in my budget. I will be going back for an STI soon!!

Review is mixed. When it comes to Internet Department, I give them 5 stars. It was very easy to deal with them. Salesman, Mr. Ingram was also very knowledgeable and professional.

I understand that different people qualify for different financing, but not checking for lowest interest rate is a turn off for us.
