Visit was excellent. Service consultant (John) was courteous, friendly, and eager to please, as were the people as I drove in and when my car was ready. Everything went well, with no extra charges, no attempts to sell me more. And I was able to wait comfortably and productively, with laptop in tow plus fresh coffee and muffins.
Peter Wendell, our Audi sales rep, has worked with us for years. He knows us well, understands our needs and makes the process painless. Besides that, he is a lot of fun to work with . We almost look forward to the end of our car lease and to the advent of spending time with him. The entire staff has given us outstanding service. Five stars hardly says it all.

The facility was very beautiful. The salesperson Leighton was very polite and knowledgeable, same as the financing manager Michael who explained all the options well and went through the paperwork quite smoothly. Everything about the transaction was straight forward without surprises and hidden charges other dealers trick you into. The car was prepared at the same time the paperwork was done and turned out to be not only shiny like new, but also with a full tank of gas, balanced and rotated. The only slight problem was that one carpet was missing which I only found out a few days later but it's not a big deal since they did give me a set of winter carpets, which unfortunately is not matching color with the interior (again, not a big issue). I think this dealer is well managed and I will definitely shop there again.
