My husband and I went to Paul Miller Porsche in search of a Cayenne. I was introduced to Angelo Testa, who became my salesman. He was wonderful. I mean truly, by the time we left (of course with a fabulous Cayenne), we felt like family. He took time to explain every aspect of the specific Porsche we were interested in, as well as the brand as a whole. He discussed reliability, performance, and maintenance with great knowledge and expertise. He literally did everything to make the entire experience wonderful. We spent hours in the dealership (no fault of theirs) and my husband were treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism by Angelo and the rest of the staff the entire time. Not to mention, the car was impeccable. I would highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a Porsche visit this location and ask for Angelo. I am so glad we came to this location.

This dealership is great. Better than that, the salesman Troy, is by far the best sales man i've ever met. I have been in and out of many dealerships by Troy is one where he made Paul Miller feel like a home away from home. Paul Miller Porsche is a poor representation of the Porsche brand. After I paid for all services rendered, I expected that I would pick up my custom Porsche Cayenne in a better condition than the way it was taken there for mechanical service. Not only did I have to wait an extended period of time for parts that were not located within the U.S.; I, in return for my patronage, was completely insulted and disrespected by Tom, the Sales Manager. I had to post the video every where since my concerns were not being acknowledged or addressed. Now, corporate is aware of this disastrous situation. If this is the type of service I can expect to receive from Porsche, then I can no longer be a paying customer. What's the point of owning a luxury vehicle if the customer service is garbage? I've never encountered such a blatant disregard for the customer service policy of Porsche The brand. The Sales Manager, Tom, is grossly unprofessional and unhelpful. Terrible service! This Porsche location does not care!
