poor service, they have one person only working in kitchen and as well as in cash counter. Ordered pizza online and when I reach there after 20 mins, he didn't even make it, had to wait another 20-30 mins....really annoying!
Even though I put instructions for delivery (where the suite was & what the name of the business is), the food was not brought to me. Instead the driver called from his car. I then had to walk all the way out to his car and he handed me my food through the window. I wish I had not tipped in advance. THEN to top that off, I get back to my office and open my pizza box to find the wrong pizza. I ordered a Spicy Italian and received plain cheese. At least they remembered the garlic dipping sauce. I will not be ordering from here again.
Come on Papa John's Pizza is best hand down. The Parsippany store is great they always remember me and food is great
Pizzas are good but the wait time is extremely long. Have spent 40-45 min longer than the estimated wait time. You will see them saying sorry every time, I think they should rather work on improving the wait time rather than a sorry every time!
Pizza from this location is one of the best around. Piping hot and ready when I arrive. Favorite is spicy Italian sausage with pepperoni.
