I was billed 3 times did not get refund even after complaining multiple times.
They never leave when the app says they do and I’m annoyed enough to log in and write a review about it. Happens at a lot of stores.
Worst pizza experience. 2 times in a row the pizza was not ready when I went to pick up after the tracker says ready and pizza is all yours. Hope they get things organized. My pizza was wrongly picked by the delivery person and I am sure they got another dissatisfied customer as well.
Do not ever go to this place. I have honestly never received such shockingly awful service anywhere in my entire life. I ordered a pizza online for a certain time and was kept waiting for my order 45 minutes after the time it should have been ready, along with about 6 other customers. The two workers literally completely ignored us all standing there; never even looking in our direction, or offering one single acknowledgment or apology whatsoever to this whole group of people; some of whom had also been waiting nearly an hour to pick up an order. They acted like we weren't even in the room and slowly went about their business; occasionally stopping to argue loudly with each other in front of all of us, with no consideration at all shown for our time. I had to ask 4 times about if my order would be ready anytime soon and each time was basically ignored. Another customer also asked about an order he placed online and the worker responded like he had no idea what he was talking about. He eventually walked out after a half hour of waiting with no further acknowledgment. Also, the phone kept ringing and ringing for nearly an hour straight and no one picked it up even once. Then to top it all off, my order did not include an item and was overcooked.
This has to be theeee WOOOOORSE establishment I've ever encountered in my life! They've messed up, forgot to process, and screwed up my orders multiple times. I only go there because my son likes dominos and it's the only one in the area! I went in and there was literally 3 customers inside where their order were missing! As soon as he hesitated about my order I just walked out and drove further to another more reliable dominos! I've never thought I'll wish this on anyone, but everyone in there needs to be fired ASAP!!!! Wish there was a feature to give negative stars on this!
