The hotel is nice, but in need of an update. I attended a wedding here 10 years ago and I don't think anything has been updated. The bar was nice, but none of the staff (except the bartender) was particularly interested in going out of their way to assist us.
Went to a baby expo so we didn't see a lot of the hotel. The conference/ ballroom was nice and clean. The bathrooms nearby are well appointed and very clean!
Warm hospitality in a castle of comfort. Jennifer was the manager who hosted my stay. Following a stressful week and a long business day, the Sheraton was an oasis away from home. Clean, spacious, well appointed and overall relaxing.
Our stay at the Sheraton was great. The bed was really comfortable and we liked the extra couch area by the window. We asked for a fridge and microwave. Usually there is an extra fee but the man waved it for us since I signed up for their rewards program. The pool was also really nice (we only used the indoor one as it was winter). Really nice hotel, I would definitely recommend!
I stayed in the club room and it was very nice. I couldn't hear any neighbors, the room had ample space and the man at the reception desk was very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again in the future.
