The clerk gets me a brand new sealed in the plastic bedspread, so I change it out. Problem 1 of 10 solved.
Next, it seems dusting is not a job duty for housekeeping. Oh, the dust on furniture and along curtain rods was eye opening.
I call the front desk, let them know, it is after 8pm so can't swap it out and they were sold out. I put in on the floor and slept decently.
This property needs some major TLC within the rooms. Checked into room 127, a smoking room. Bed Spread had more burn holes than a 5 alarm fire and had a dark stain, now that concerns me because this is visible within 5 seconds of turning on lights, so if I am seeing you know housekeeping sees it every day.
Great location. Nice, clean rooms, good customer service. I just wish that fence didn't separate us and the shopping center that was across the street.
Rug needs shampooing, the edges close to walls are so dirty you can see the clean versus dirt line.. Paint, it needs painting... the yellow used is dingy, nasty and downright depressing.

Good Stuff, shower pressure was good and hot, towels pristine and clean. The room has fridge and microwave, 40" WS TV. Ample parking and the Asian restaurant in front of hotel is excellent, and a 24-hour mini mart is next property over (Walking distance)
Great staff. The room is not too big due to the built in desk but otherwise a great room. We had a smoking room and pleasantly surprised that it did smell like one! Comfortable beds and extra soft pillows. Although our blanket did have a cigarette burn it was not a big deal. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Also enjoyed the extended cable package. Will definitely be staying there again
There's always something with this hotel. But this took the cake. I just stayed in room 230 and soon as I walked in my asthma started to act up. I had to step outside to get my breathing under control. But soon as I came back in, my asthma started right back up. I took my pump set in the bed for a second. It's a 2 bed room so I had my roommate check to see if the room was ok, being that I always find some with these room at this Red Roof. Sheets with stains, burn holes in the blankets, stains on the wall, hair in the tub or sink, poo on the wall by the toilet. This time it was poo on the wall by the toilet tissue holder. And mildew all on the wall in the bathroom. The mildew/mold is what was making my asthma act up.
Overall decent. Heating works really well. Shower has good heat and pressure. Had a few holes in my blanket, though, and uses only strong fluorescent lighting, even in the desk lamp. Needs something easier on the eyes.
Go to my business location come back next night and the same crappy bedspread is back on the bed, so now I drag it to the front desk. Clerk, same as previous night, couldn't believe they didn't change it. Add to that I left a big post-it note on the TV about the bedspread.
