Side note: the Clifton office is much better, more thorough. I went there instead and they did a throat culture and Flu test. Dr Luke and staff is amazing there!

Very friendly - made me feel welcomed. Gracious in accepting me as a patient close to closing time. Kept me informed of what was happening for each next step and timing for each. I felt like diagnosis was accurate and relative remediations have been working.

I called again on Monday because I thought the antibiotic wasn't helping my sinuses and the woman on the phone told me come on over it's not that busy today as long as I come before 5pm. I show up at 3pm and ask how long the wait is and the woman behind the desk tells me how many patients... I said No, I was here for 3 hours on Saturday how long? She replies ohhhh yeah at least two hours. I said no way and left. It's terrible how they aren't even honest with the wait time... just tell me instead of beating around the bush just trying to get a co pay out of me.

The staff is polite friendly and considerate. Only problem is that I had to wait for 2 hours for a physical mostly due to the fact that the corporation only provides 1 spirometer per location. For a company that makes money from these physicals, which the temporary placement agency pays for because the company that they place for requires a physical, they should not be so cheap.

The PA and the medical assistant were very nice though. Computer was taking forever and she improvised by jotting my symptoms on a piece of paper. They need updated equipment.

Went in on a Saturday. Check in time 11:10am and was told there were 7 patients in front of me. I said no problem. Even if each patient took 20 minutes (which is crazy!) I would've been out in about 2.5 hours. The doctor didn't see me until 2:35pm. Mind you, I had a bronchial and sinus infection and low grade fever....I need antibiotics and rest. WHY this wasn't as urgent as someone getting a physical for a CDL (yes, the person in the room across from me was getting a full physical apparently) I truly don't understand. The least they could've done was told me ahead of time it's a 3 hour wait and I would've gone elsewhere. It's just wrong to make an ill person wait that long.

wonderful staff. The reception was friendly. The nurse took me in quickly and the PA was very professional and caring. It's so nice to have people who really care about you and enjoy their work.

Had a walk in appointment- bronchitis. Did not wait long. Registration simple and I got back to work quickly. I will definitely return. Joann Gentile
