Omg this has been the best experience I have had at a storage facility. First of all I got my unit at the perfect price and with all the stress of moving it’s nice to know that my things will be kept safe and clean in an indoor climate controlled facility. Betsy was sooooooooo friendly and informative and made sure I was able to make an informed decision. I love honest and welcoming customer service. They deserve more than 5 stars but 5 will do.
I Love this place!!! My friend Tracy turned me on to this place and I am so so glad. There prices are the best around, even compared to other Extra Storage facilities in the area. Piya and Betsy felt like friends from the start. They are both so welcoming and accommodating. They really took care of all my needs from when I came to look at the spaces - to the last day. The facility is well kept and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we ever needed a storage unit. Thanks Guys keep up the great work!!!
The building at this location is very clean and well-lit. The temperature is well conditioned for the interior units. Managers Betsy and Pia are friendly and efficient. Better experience than other storage companies.
My wife and I rented a unit from the assistant store manager Betsy in Parsippany. She gave us the unit we saw online and worked us through the entire process with both knowledge and kindness. The storage facility is clean, accessible and well lit.
