Generally, Longhorn is a decent steakhouse. However, the last time I visited this location, the hostess was lackluster and there was an awful smell in the dining area near the bathroom. I've never dined in any restaurant that smelled so bad. It smelled like it was a combination of the carpet and restroom odor. I hope this is tended to in the future. I had visited once prior and had a decent experience.
Staff is constantly courteous even with my daughter flinging plates off the table but most important is the quality of food I've never had a bad steak or app from thus place.
Longhorns use to be my favorite chain restaurant. I went there for my sons 18th birthday last night. Me and my mom waited 30 minutes before getting our drinks. The waiter didn't take our full order until we were there 45 minutes. As far as the food is concerned, the Wild West Shrimp was really good and the Ribs were good BUT my daughters Mac and Cheese was completely dry and me and my sons Steaks were undercooked. On a final note they never even came by to wish my son a Happy Birthday after I mentioned it to the Hostess..... To be honest, everything took SO LONG that we just wanted to leave... Not sure if they were understaffed/not prepared...... All in all very disappointed
Decent space, fine service, practically inedible steak. Far too much black pepper applied to three different pieces of meat. Too spicy.
Great food, excellent service! If your a steak person I highly recommend the "Flo filet it's very tender and you will enjoy every bite of the steak. If you don't want a steak the Salmon dinner is also amazing! The glaze is just perfect.
