Recently, though, they have been excellent. I spoke to several employees, all but one of which were very kind and insightful. The place was well stocked and relatively clean what I took.
I've been here multiple times in the past, and from what I can recall, they were downright horrible with their customer service.
Having a really frustrating time with a flooring and carpet install. They couldn't find my measure. After a few days they finallt sorted that out, but the order I placed got lost so I had to do it all over again. It will be over a month before my carpet even ships now I'm told. As far as my laminate they charged me $60 to deliver it ....Then wanted another $100 to carry it inside. What a bunch of BS.
Very disappointing experience.! I rented a drian clog cleaner which was not working when I went to return it, the associate checked it and found it is not working. Instead of giving complete refund he just price adjusted only a portion of it. When called to speak to store manager, the assistant store manager was on duty , was very rude and doesn’t even know how to talk a customer instead of resolving the issues was making a mockery.I would never return to this store. I would take this to corporate!!
One of my favourite stores. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff always will to go the extra mile. To ensure you leave the store with everything you need.
Don't offer online ordering/pickup if you can't serve the customers.
I will never use home depot for any sort of home improvement project again. Switching to Lowe's.
Worst experience for online ordering. Had to spend 20+ minutes waiting in return line to pick up online order (after cashier confirmed that was the only line for online pickup). Would've been faster me to walk into the store and checkout regularly.
