I have only been using them since November but I should have known from the very first person I spoke to that there would be a problem. My first payment I had to call them because they never sent me a statement. Then they claim they had the wrong spelling of my town (people always spell Hightstown wrong and yet I always get that mail). They corrected that and let me pay over the phone waiving the fee. After that the only statement I received was the one I should have received in November. I called and changed my address to my boyfriends as I have with many bills since my family tends to lose mail. Never had a problem with receiving mail there but still no statement. I called in to see why I wasn't receiving it and the person, who claimed to be the manager, told me that it must have not been delivered because my name isn't on the mailbox. I told him that doesn't make sense and he began screaming at me. I tried to explain that his theory made no sense and he placed the phone down to curse me out to his co-workers. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service and I have been in the customer service field as a supervisor for over 15 years. Then he hung up on me. I had to call back and he was still nasty, in the end I had to make my payment because I have always paid on time and I was still charged the service fee for paying over the phone. He also swore to me that statements get mailed three weeks in advance and I actually did get my statement on March 1st, the day it was due, at my boyfriends address... in which my name is not on the box because, that's not a thing. I feel as if I am being scammed for a service fee. Judging from the number of low reviews on here, I'm guessing they just don't care enough to make a change.
They are the most ignorant people I even met..I spoke to a woman named Barbra and she was so rude to me. There is not reason for people to be so rude. You are a place of business and all the reviews I have seen so far are nothing but bad reviews. Are you that unhappy with your life or your job that you have to be so rude to customers. DON'T FINANCE YOUR CAR THROUGH THEM!!!!!
Really love this company.They gave me a chance when nobody did not. Very nice people.I paid my car off in full and got my tiltle.They believe in working with you.
These ppl are crazy. I called to ask I simple question someone by the name of Martha decides to yell at me. You guys customer service skills sucks. That's not cool. Not good business.
I told them I lost my job and its was hard for me to find a new one cause I'm a disabled veteran. They told me if i don't pay them they are going to sue me!! Never in my life have I ever had to deal with people like this. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody!
