It is the worst company that exists in the world. damn thieves some day will come a technological Invention that there would be no telephone line.
Nothing against sprint but this particular store is bad. The employees lie. I went to purchase the essential phone and they kept pushing $200 beats headphones on me. Wanted to put me in a bundle and said they couldn't sell me the phone without it. I left and called sprint and sprint cs confirmed that they were lying, no such thing.
This is my favorite sprint store. The customer service is fast and efficient, with Kenneth Potts being my favorite. I'll go out of my way to go to this particular store.
They need to do more in the Sprint store other than just sales. There was like 5 people working and only 1 customer, myself and I needed a SIM card and they didn't even have it so I had to go to Totowa. It needs to be a full-service Sprint store like the one in Totowa. The days of a store just selling phones are long gone.
You can't even buy a cell phone everything is a lease smh
