To Whom It May Concern: I purchased a 26" Kent Mountain Bike a few months ago. I was surprised when after a few months the paint on my newly purchased 26" Kent Mountain Bike started to fade. I contacted Kent's customer service dept and promptly received a partial refund to compensate for the deterioration in looks. I certainly would not hesitate to buy another Kent bike, because they stand behind their product. JC
Had to share this so I order my rear rim for my beautiful GMC Denali road bike through the factory because the price was right i didnt know i was going to get the complete rear wheelset with freewheel and tire for that ridiculous price thank you so much
