What the hell happened to this location in 2017? There used to be so much emphasis on detail and accuracy ... Now sandwiches are slopped together, Panini's are undercoooked, soups are lukewarm, items are MISSING from my rapid pickup orders, sides are missing, customizations aren't followed, labels indicating who the order items belong to aren't affixed... WTH?? Did management change or something? This place used to be the perfect Panera, now I'm forced to look for another location..
Love this Panera! Always clean and well lit, ordering from the touch screens makes it super fast and easy. Drive thru is a little narrow, and you have to be careful of other drivers whipping through the parking lot. They have outside seating, which isn't too noisy given its location right on the high way.
10 bucks for a small turkey sandwich. Kind of ridiculous. Much rather go to shop rite and get better quality meat and make my own sandwich.
Location in Google Maps is currently (11/15/2017) incorrect. Panera is located in a small standalone building in the northwest corner of the parking lot, across from LA Fitness (in the main building). It's a pretty typical Panera; perhaps grubbier than most, but conveniently located. It employs the system of locators whereby employees will bring food to your table. Employees are friendly and helpful. (I just wish that they would wipe the tables and use a rug sweeper more, and I don't buy the story that the local water makes the silverware dingy when applying said water and a napkin removes the crud.)
It is a very nice Panera Bread. Inside is very pretty and bright. The staff was very friendly. My hot cocoa was very sweet and I wanted more milk. They brought it too my table instead of making stand and wait. Small things like that makes a difference.
